Version 1.8.0 - September 17th 2026

• Brand new tool under Scenic & Bush: find short GA routes between grass strips, fjord airfields, altiports and seaplane bases instead of airline-style routes.
• Filter by runway surface (paved/unpaved), minimum runway length, whether seaplane bases should be included, and whether an airport needs a real ICAO code (for METAR/charts/SimBrief).
• Chain up to 5 legs for an island-hopping trip, with a trip briefing (total distance/time) and the ability to reorder legs.
• 25+ curated scenic regions to fly in - the Alps, Norwegian Fjords, Scottish Highlands, Idaho Backcountry, Alaska, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego, the Amazon, East African Safari, the Sahara, the Himalaya, New Zealand, the Australian Outback and more.
• Quick-start from classic bush strips (Lukla, Courchevel, Saba, Barra, Catalina Island and others), or search for any specific airport to depart from or land at - just like on Random Routes.
• Results show live METAR weather with a graphical cloud/ceiling view next to the runway and wind info, plus a terrain map option alongside the regular street map.
• One-click export of any scenic route to SkyVector.
• New "Scenic & Bush" entry in the main menu, with crosslinks from Random Routes and from airports that have an unpaved runway.

• Live weather now falls back more reliably to the nearest reporting station for airports that don't have their own METAR, and clearly labels it as such.
• Fixed the distance/flight-time range filter on Random Routes and Scenic & Bush so only one of the two can be active at a time, avoiding confusing combinations.
• General readability and color-contrast improvements across the new filters.

• Added a new feature to view flight plans in a graphical format.
• My last Flight feature now shows the last flight you have planned in SimBrief. A nicer OFP so to say.
• Improved the performance of the airport search functionality.
• Changed the Search Parameter Inputs to be more user-friendly and intuitive
• Added a new feature to search only for favorite airports.
• Added a top of descent (TOD) calculator.
• Updated the user interface for better navigation and usability and similarity.
• Fixed various bugs related to flight data retrieval.

• Improved the search functionality for airports. The results should give you more relevant results now. Clustering should be less of an issue.
• Added a VATSIM FLight Search functionality (in Beta) under My Hub. You can now see what airports are currently active and on what difficulty level. Thats helps for beginner to find easier airports to fly to.
• Added a direction filter for the airport search. You can now filter airports by their direction (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW).

• Maps now for the scheduled flights
• Region filter for random flights
• Rearranged the hub page
• Included distance for scheduled flights
• Small UI improvements and bug fixes
• Users can now see their favorite airports in searchbox field as they click on it
